DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Once your order is placed, an on-screen confirmation and an email acknowledgement will be sent to confirm that your order is being processed.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this tracking code on the Royal Mail website to follow the progress of your delivery.
The status of your order can also be viewed at any time through the Order Status section in your account.

Orders placed before 1:30pm are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1:30pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Any orders placed after 1:30pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

All deliveries require a signature upon arrival, so please ensure someone is available at your shipping address. If Royal Mail attempts delivery and no one is available, they will leave a card with instructions on where your parcel is being held or how to rearrange delivery.

Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been placed. If you have concerns about an order already in transit, please contact Royal Mail directly using the information provided in your dispatch email.

Wrong Delivery Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, we are unable to change this manually once the order has been placed. You will need to update or redirect your delivery directly through our courier.

Our Refund & Exchange Process

 

At Cursed Clothing, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means:

New, unworn,  and unwashed

*UNLESS TRYING ON FOR SIZE ONLY*

Unaltered and undamaged

In original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the item.

How to Return Items (UK Only)

Please note:

£5.00 deduction will be applied to refunds for non-faulty items returned using our pre-paid label.

Exchanges are free when using our returns portal.

You may choose your own courier to return your item; however, Cursed Clothing will not cover these costs, nor are we responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed when returned through alternative methods.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange if the returned item meets all eligibility conditions. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item has a higher price, any difference must be paid before dispatch.

Cursed Clothing reserves the right to treat an exchange request as a standard return if conditions are not met or if the requested item is unavailable.

Gift Returns

Items received as a gift must be returned by the original purchaser. Refunds can only be credited to the payment method used at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. If your purchase was made using a gift card, the same gift card will be reactivated with the refunded amount.
We are unable to change the card or payment details used for a refund.

Our Refund Procedure

If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
Simply contact our Support team to generate your return label and follow the steps provided.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

And a Refund will go back to the original card of purchase within 30 days.
